Delivery Information

All local orders above SGD 60 will enjoy Complimentary Courier which will be based on each delivery. Elite Member will enjoy a complimentary local courier with orders above SGD 50.
Orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days upon verification of payment.

All local deliveries are via doorstep courier, J&T Express.
All international deliveries are via doorstep courier, DHL Express or Aramex or J&T Express (For Malaysia Orders).

Kindly expect shipping delays during festive/promotional periods (New Year, Black Friday, 12.12) and unforeseen peak period.

All shipping comes with tracking number and notification from courier on the day of delivery.

You will receive your order within 2 - 5 working days upon purchase.

In the event whereby a failed delivery occurs, J&T will redeliver on the next working day (up to 2 redelivery attempts).

For orders that have opted Self-Collection, kindly collect your order within 1 month from the time the order is ready for collection. Orders not collected within 1 months will be considered as cancelled, and a refund will be conducted. 


Due to the COVID-19 situation and various restrictions imposed, kindly expect unforeseen delays in delivery during this period. Thank you for your kind understanding.

International Shipping are made via DHL Express or Aramex.

For DHL Express, it takes around 1 - 5 working days for you to receive. You can kindly track your parcel here.

For Aramex, it may take up to 10 working days for you to receive. You can kindly track your parcel here.

For J&T Express to Malaysia, it may take up to 18 working days for you to receive. You can kindly track your parcel here.

As all orders are shipped from Singapore, you may have additional import fees upon delivery. If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned to ThePhase Co Pte. Ltd., a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund. If you’re still unsure on whether you’ll be subjected to customs fees, we’d recommend contacting your customs local office to seek further clarification before placing your order.

In the event your parcel has not reached you within 7 working days (local SG orders) or 30 working days (international orders) after your parcel has been dispatched to the courier, kindly email in to sales@thephaseco.com so that we can assist you as soon as possible.
